How do you want to spend your volunteer hours?
This year, you can fill out your Volunteer Survey online using WWA’s Volunteer Manager, a web-based tool that puts volunteer opportunities at your fingertips.
If you’re new to WWA or didn’t have an email on record with WWA last year, you’ll need to set up an account in Volunteer Manager. It’s simple:

Go to www.wwa.ptomanager.com.
- Click on the “New PTO Manager User” link and follow the on-screen instructions to setup your account, select your interests, and assign your kids to their classrooms.
Update your info, take the survey!
If you had an email address on record with WWA last year, you’re probably already in the system. To find out, go to www.wwa.ptomanager.com, type your email address in the “Forgot Password” field and click Submit. If you’re already entered, you’ll receive a message that says your password is being emailed to you (it may take several minutes for you to receive it). Login with this temporary password and select the “My Information” tab. There, please update the three sections:

Verify and modify if necessary your information under Step 1 (Volunteer Information), click Save.

Select the volunteer opportunities that appeal to you under Step 2 (Volunteer Interests), scroll down and click Save.

Input your students’ names and classes under Step 3 (Students), click Save. Don’t worry, all information you enter into Volunteer Manager is secure and will never be shared with anyone outside our school.

Receive email updates about the interests
you’ve selected. -
Receive announcements about volunteer opportunities.

Easily search for WWA parents who are interested in your project.

Keep volunteers up to date through automatic and custom emails.

Receive important email announcements from the school. (To make sure our messages don't end up in your junkmail folder, add the domain @ptomanager.com to your "safe" list today.)
